Local Land Services has had increased reports of worms in both sheep and cattle in the Bega Valley, Eurobodalla and surrounding areas this spring. Infection can cause a range of symptoms including profound lethargy, downer animals, swelling of the jaw and even sudden death.
Get the latest information on worm control and management. You are invited to attend our free workshop on practical approaches to manage worms in small ruminants. This session will be presented by Dr. Matt Playford, veterinary consultant and leading parasitologist.
The workshop will cover:

- Diagnosis of worms
- Whole farm planning
- Reading what your animals are telling you.
LLS District Veterinarian, Richard Saunders, will also be available on the day for one-on-one chats for individual animal health concerns.
