Workshop attendees will calculate a target weaning weight for their weaners, set growth targets, and management strategies to maximise weaner performance and ultimately joining as hoggets.
BONUS SESSIONS 1. Overall the workshop will build in a drought resilience focus with bonus sessions on early weaning, feed budgeting and containment feeding. 2. Your local Rural Adversity Mental Health Program Coordinator will join us for a short session to provide some information around managing stress, looking after yourself, your family or a mate and what local services are available if you need support.
